Shipping

All prices are in NZD.

Our physical products currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you’re outside of these regions, please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do! 

Please note that we do also offer local pickup in the Wellington region of New Zealand and in the Hackney borough of London, United Kingdom, on a casual basis that is arranged prior to purchasing. Get in touch with us about this on [email protected].

For New Zealand orders, there is a flat rate of $7.50 and free shipping if you spend $50. 

For UK & EU orders, there is a flat rate of $25, with a local pickup option in London N16 (send us an email on [email protected] if this option doesn’t pop up on the Checkout page). 

For  orders, there is a flat rate of $15 and free shipping if you spend $60.  

For the rest of the world, we unfortunately aren’t yet shipping to you. Please let us know on [email protected] if you’d like us to look into this for you – we’d be more than happy! 

Once you place your order, you will be updated by email and you will be able to follow its process on the Order Tracking page.

Delivery

We try to get all orders out within 48 hours, however this can’t be guaranteed. Once the item has been shipped, the shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows. Delivery delays can occur, so these are only estimates: 

  • NZ: 2-3 business days
  • AUS (Victoria): 2-4 business days
  • AUS (other states) 3-6 business days 

Customs & Tax Fees

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Returns

Return Policy

We’re a small business and at this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]

Refund

Refunds are offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. Please contact us at [email protected] within a week of receiving your order, with the order number, photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort this for you.
